Summer Days in the Burg

Sunday, July 5th, 2009

ok. do just wish everyone could just be a fly on my shoulder.

I have the best life - teaching swimming lessons to kids is a gas - I stay cool all day - my office is the pool - how swell is that -

I have discovered as well, that the way to run around the burg in the summer is with a wet bathing suit underneath a cool, cotton dress - I have been wearing an oversized, bishop-style dress with hand smocking at the neckline - it is big and full and the breezes just flow right up it! having the wet suit underneath makes it like air conditioning - I wore this to Busch Gardens and had a great time and stayed cool all day long.  I also wore my hat with a cape at Busch Gardens and it was terrific.  I am working on a new design with a detachable ring that the cape will be on - so one can wear the hat with or without the cape.

I know I have to share my park - the fourth of July was swell by the water - and most people were nice.

cu loving the burg more everyday,
