ok.  the burg is still a bit sleepy when it comes to the recent election stuff -  I really thought Mr. Wagman did the finest job on the panel when I watched a debate and he was on my short list for position stuff.  Yet, so many of the candidates just didn’t have the charisma that I want and look for in a leader.

right now I am leaning toward Mr. Foster - I just believe that a property tax cut of 8% is a good thing right now, which is what Ms. Ford wants to do.  We shouln’t increase taxes, yet cutting them at this time isn’t good, it is just going to get worst.  I am all for living within our current situation — hold steady for awhile….. rock steady insert here by some 70s band - huey lewis, maybe?

I keep getting amazed at how some of the members of the staff of the local chamber are lacking charisma as well

the siting for the event was so incredibly beautiful, the water view with the boats, pier and water fountain, the green space and the new Dali building … the Progress Energy Mahaffey Theater was terrific

watched Sesame Street today with a sweet little Sammy from next door - the woman in the show has a nose ring!  I am turning into Anita Bryant (sp the orange juice lady) - do they have to have someone with a nose ring on Sesame Street - I guess I sure have missed something?  I guess I really am 50!
